Returns Policy

We aim to have you 100% satisfied with your product. If for any reason it does not meet your satisfaction or there is a defect or problem with the decal we will replace it or exchange it for something to the same value.
We strongly recommend you read all instructions which will be enclosed in your package and also can be found here on our website before you make any attempt to put a decal on the wall.
Items which are damaged due to incorrect handling and application to the wall will not be refunded or replaced.
For a refund the item must be posted back to us in the same condition it was sent out to you and the postage will be at the buyers expense.
It is also recommended that you apply tracking to the product being sent back to us.
